Let me introduce myself
I am an entrepreneur, international speaker, strategic advisor, and wheelchair user. I work with employers, institutions, and a large network of global allies to make disability confidence matter in business – not as a tick-box exercise, but as a driver of talent, performance and innovation.
As founder of Lesa Bradshaw International in the UK and Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting in South Africa, I bring nearly three decades of experience across developed and developing economies. I combine global insight, business expertise, lived experience of disability, an MBA, and training as a psychologist to help organisations move beyond good intentions to measurable impact.
My keynotes and workshops are hard-hitting, relatable, and often funny. I’ve had the privilege of speaking at a TEDx event and addressing audiences worldwide, including my largest in-person event with 2,000 delegates.
As a leadership coach and disability confidence advisor, I create psychological safety to ask tough questions and tackle hard conversations about disability – the ones you feel uncomfortable to have, but are necessary to change behaviours and convert to sustainable common practice. Together we unlock insights, grow understanding, and dispel myths. Leaders and recruitment specialists leave equipped with the skills and disability confidence to embrace employees with disabilities, whilst people with a disability leave confident in navigating their own success.
