I was fortunate to be invited as a keynote speaker to the 2024 GE Aerospace “Soaring to New Heights Together” Inaugural Cross ERG Summit in Atlanta, USA earlier in May 2024. What a privilege to be part of an initiative where 600 passionate voices collected to share their stories on the lived impact of workplace equity. The opportunity to share my presentation “We’re all disabled by something” allowed me to showcase the strong alignment between good leadership and disability confidence in business.
Positioning disability confidence as a commercial competitive advantage allowed me to highlight its value not only in our economy, but in our society at large. I thank Savannah Frazier and her team for driving such a powerful narrative.
